4. AI Services Functionality

Neural Network Training: Our AI model training services are provided for business and research purposes. Results are generated through advanced algorithms and are not guaranteed to meet specific performance metrics.

Intelligent Systems Development: Our AI development services are provided to create custom solutions. Performance and accuracy depend on data quality and use case requirements.

AI Data Pipeline Engineering: Our data processing services are designed to optimize AI workflows. You are responsible for ensuring data quality and compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Innovation and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AI INNOVATION OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
